CEIC Nomination Forms Due

Dear FES Families and Community Members, As a part of our continuous improvement process, we are seeking teachers, staff, parents, and community members to serve on the FES Campus Educational Improvement Committee (CEIC). The CEIC is an advisory group for the campus and it serves the purpose of gathering and providing feedback and input in matters of campus planning, operations, policies, and procedures. Members of this committee will participate in 4 meetings throughout the year. All meetings are held from 3:50 PM-5:10 PM on the following dates: * Tuesday, September 29 * Tuesday, December 8 * Tuesday, February 23 * Wednesday, May 12, 2026 We are looking for a representative for each of the following categories: * Kindergarten Parent Member * 1st Grade Parent Member * 2nd Grade Parent Member * 3rd Grade Parent Member * 4th Grade Parent Member * Community Member (2 members) (may not be a parent of a KISD student. May not be a KISD employee.) * Business Representative (2 members) (Owner, operator, employee of a business. Business must be a KISD taxpaying entity.
